1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
This is as personal and customized as it gets. For 60 minutes, we will be going through your custom workout for that day as I watch and monitor every rep you do, ensuring what you’re doing is effective and safe.
GROUP / SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Group sessions will be one hour training sessions that have anywhere from 2-6 people. This group training will not be like your typical group training sessions. The focus will be perfecting form, taking sets far, and consistently progressing over time. The days of random exercise, high rep and short rest period group classes are over.
VIP COACHING
Are you ready to flip the switch and take control of your health permanently, and fast? This is my all-in-one, exclusive coaching. This comes with 1 on 1 customized training 4 x per week, nutrition coaching, weekly check in calls, grocery shopping trips 2 x per month with me where you’ll learn how to choose the right foods/foods to avoid, and lifestyle optimization protocols to help you change your habits and behaviors.
ONLINE PROGRAMMING
If you can’t work with us in person, but still want all of the guess work taken out of your training program, this is a great option.
We will have a 60 minute zoom call to go over everything you’ll need. From there, I’ll create a 12 week customized training program that includes your exercises, reps, sets, RIR, rest periods, video demos on how to execute each movement, and notes on how to execute each exercise.
NUTRITION COACHING
This is for those of you who only need help with your nutrition. Nutrition coaching comes with a 60 minute zoom call, meal plans, customized calorie goals, macronutrient targets, and a weekly check in / coaching call.

Customized Programs
Having a customized program is one of the first steps to achieving success when you walk into any gym. Instead of aimlessly wandering around trying to guess what to do and where to start, allow one of our top coaches to take care of you. Every exercise, set, rep, rest period, and RIR prescription will be tailored specifically to you.

PRECISE EXERCISE EXECUTION
The most important variable by far is how you actually perform exercises in the gym. While the exercises you choose are important, how you execute them is even more crucial—especially during the last few reps when it counts the most. When you’re training with E2R personal training, our goal is to make every rep as perfect as possible to maximize results, efficiency, while ensuring you train pain-free.

With varying structures come different levels of mobility, range of motion, and restrictions. Having unique and specific pieces of equipment allows our coaches to best select every exercise, ensuring our clientele has the best training experience possible while working out pain-free.

EFFORT
We have the program in place, and we’re mastering pristine technique, but we must also give high levels of effort. To maximize your time in the gym and your results, we want to ensure each set is challenging without breaking form. Learning how to work harder during each set is a skill that we will help you develop over time.
